Realizing The Kind Of Life That God Has Created For You

Each person was made with purpose from God. God created you as carefully as possible, gave you a reason for existing, and gave you a task that only you can accomplish. Your journey is not accidental — each gift you have, each experience you’ve had, each struggle you’re experiencing, etc., are part of the tapestry God is weaving to reveal his plans for you. When you fulfill your purpose, you’re living the life that God intended for you.
Understanding God’s Plan for You
Purpose is based on God, not on ourselves. Purpose is based on God’s plan, wisdom, sovereignty, and what he wants to happen in this world. We might try to find purpose in accomplishments, in relationships, or in personal goals — but we will never achieve true fulfillment until we line up our lives with God’s will. God has written a great story over your life — finding your purpose means letting him take control of turning the pages.

Knowing What Gifts God Has Given You
God has given each person the gifts, talents, and spiritual gifts that will help them fulfill their calling. Some people are called to teach, some to serve, some to lead, and some to encourage or create. Each of these gifts are intentionally placed in you to be used as a tool to fulfill the purpose God has planned for you. If you will accept and utilize your gifts instead of trying to compare them to others, you will begin to understand how God plans to use you to glorify himself.
The Development of Your Purpose
Purpose does not usually develop instantly. Purpose develops gradually through the various seasons of life. There will be times of joy and times of struggle, but both are necessary for developing the qualities of the individual, strengthening faith, and preparing for the future. God is using each and every second of your life to prepare you for something greater than you could ever possibly imagine. Trust the process even if you do not know which way the path will go — God is getting ready to do something amazing with you.
Being Courageous in Fulfilling Your Calling
Your calling takes courage. It is a challenge to step outside of fear, uncertainty, and familiar areas. God does not call the capable — He makes the capable out of the ones who are willing to obey. As you obey God even though you may feel unqualified, God will multiply your efforts and open doors that no man can shut. Your calling is not about achieving perfection, it is about being willing to say yes to God. Your “yes” to God can impact many people’s lives, change the atmosphere around you, and change generations.

You Were Made on Purpose
You were not created without purpose — God deliberately created you with a specific purpose in mind. Every passion that you hold dear, every dream that God has planted within your heart, and every talent that you have reveals a piece of His plan. When you become comfortable in your identity in Christ, you will start to look at your life through the eyes of destiny, rather than looking at your life as just a series of events that happened by chance.

Following God’s Assignment
To walk in your calling, you must trust God’s leading even when the road ahead seems uncertain. With each act of faith, God will give you clarity, confidence, and divine opportunity. Your calling will be clearly seen, not through your striving to make it happen, but through your surrender and allowing God to guide you into the work that He has already prepared for you.
LIVING A LIFE OF PURPOSE AND INFLUENCE
As you discover your purpose and follow your calling, your life will be a testament of God’s faithfulness. You will start to live with purpose, strength, and clarity. You will live with intention. You will be able to see the impact of your words and actions. You will be able to influence the world around you. Purpose gives you direction, and calling gives you the courage to pursue it. God created you for a purpose — now is the time to move forward with confidence and walk in the destiny that He has created for you.
